How long does delivery take?

🚛US Warehouse: Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days.

🚛Non-US Warehouse: Orders are typically delivered within 7-21 business days.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the US only.

We will not accept the orders from the countries out of the united states currently.

Do I need to pay for shipping？

Shelfloft provides free shipping over $120 for US warehouse orders from USA.

Shelfloft will collect basic shipping fee with $15.99 for delivery from Non-US warehouse.

How will my delivery be shipped?

Amazon functions and local warehouse in the United States as our logistics partner to ship out Shelfloft products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers, usually it will process the shipping in 1-3 business days and complete the delivery in 3-7 business days.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. However, our products are not always sent together because different shipping options are sometimes used, depending on the product and the availability thereof.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is on the way.
